3. Lubrication: timely refueling and oil change, complete oil tanks, tankers, and oil cups, clean linoleum and oil lines, eye-catching oil labels, and smooth oil routes.

4. Safety: implement a fixed person, fixed machine and shift system, abide by safety operating procedures, complete electrical and mechanical safety equipment, and take measures to prevent accidents.

2. Need for tools and safety matters：

1. Tools needed: screwdriver, white cloth, gloves, wrench, warning sign, megaohmmeter.

2. Safety matters: for adjustment, maintenance, inspection and other operations, the following operations are required when the press is not in operation: press the "Emergency stop” button; press the motor stop button on the control box to stop the motor from running; place the power selector switch in the broken position, then take out the key, and hand it over to the person in charge of on-site maintenance for safekeeping; open the electrical box door and place the power main switch in the broken position; lock the external circuit breaker; close the shut-off valve of the air line of the press, and then drain the residual air of the press clean; hang on the control box with the words “Warning: Inspection is under way, operation is strictly prohibited!"The warning sign.
