       Basic structure and principle of punch

      The punch press is mainly composed of a machine frame, a motor pulley set, a crank slider mechanism, a balance device and a lubricating device, and an electrical control device. When working, the motor drives the pulley, drives the wheel group through the clutch, and transmits it to the crank-slider mechanism. The rotary motion of the motor is transformed into the up-and-down reciprocating motion of the slider to complete the stamping work. The main function of the flywheel is to increase the force. The inertia of the flywheel's rapid rotation is converted into the pressure required for the stamping work. The balance device is mainly to balance the slide. The weight of the block saves effort when the slider is lifted, the lubricating device has a cooling effect in addition to the lubricating effect, and the electrical control device is controlled by the switch on the main operation panel of the machine tool to control the PC to control the electric to control the stamping action process.
