The working principle of the flat forging machine is: the motor rotates the drive shaft through a small pulley, a triangle belt and a flywheel.The other end of the drive shaft is equipped with a pinion gear, the pinion gear rotates the large gear mounted on one end of the crankshaft, the clutch is mounted in the large gear, and the brake is mounted on the other end of the crankshaft. When working, through the electrical joint control device, the brake is first turned on, and then combined with the clutch, the large gear rotates the crankshaft through the clutch, and the crankshaft then drives the slider through the connecting rod to reciprocate along the guide rail on the rack, and at the same time drives the lever system of the clamping mechanism to swing the upper beam around the fulcrum to complete the clamping action.
